REBRAND ANNOUNCEMENT
After nearly a decade of working together and servicing families in conflict, The Law Office of Laura E. Burrows rebranded to Burrows Haviland Law as a reflection of who they are and the partnership their firm provides to their clients. In celebration, they redesigned their logo + visual identity and launched an entirely new website.
Burrows Haviland Law came to us for a rebrand announcement plan. They had the rebrand foundation in place but needed us to create and execute a plan. So, we came up with a plan to announce the rebrand to their clients, referrals, and the general public.
The rebrand announcement plan started with photographing their team and publishing custom teaser social posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to prepare their followers for the change. Then, we launched their new website and announced the rebrand in a press release on citybiz Baltimore and i95 Magazine. Once the website was launched and press release was live, we published a series of custom, branded social posts to introduce the new brand name, logo, messaging, services, and website. Finally, we sent an email announcement which had an open rate of 59.9%, a click rate of 18.3%, no bounces, and no complaints.
