WE’RE HIRING A CLIENT + CONTENT COORDINATOR
Location: Remote (with bi-annual in-person meetups in Maryland and/or New Hampshire)
Position Type: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week (with the opportunity to go full-time later on)
Pay: $22-25 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits available after 1 year of employment, including 401k with employer match, partially comped virtual therapy, and performance raises and bonuses.
Schedule: Expected to work 4-5 hours per weekday during regular business hours, with occasional fluctuations in workload. We have a few weekly internal meetings, as well as several client calls the first and second week of the month.

Correnti Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented Client & Content Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the essential bridge between our clients and content managers while ensuring quality control across all deliverables. You'll review content before publication, gather client feedback, manage revisions, assist with reporting, and handle administrative tasks to support our marketing initiatives.
We're looking for an organized, communicative professional with 2+ years of experience who can manage administrative tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Liaison
Act as the bridge between clients and content managers
Ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
Schedule and coordinate client calls and meetings
Maintain clear communication channels with clients
Follow up on action items from client meetings
Quality Control
Review all written and visual content before publication
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives
Proofread for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
Verify links, images, and other media elements function properly
Maintain consistent brand voice across all deliverables
Client Communication & Feedback
Gather and relay client feedback to content managers
Document client requests and preferences
Assist with client communications and appreciation
Handle basic client inquiries and direct complex questions to appropriate team members
Maintain detailed records of client interactions
Content Approvals & Revisions
Manage content approval workflows
Track revision requests and ensure timely completion
Coordinate with content managers on implementing changes
Maintain version control of content assets
Publish approved content to appropriate platforms
Reporting & Insights
Help compile analytics reports for clients
Assist with tracking performance metrics
Support data collection for campaign reporting
Format and prepare reports for client presentations
Organize and archive reporting documents
Administrative Tasks
Make minimal website updates as needed
Organize digital assets and maintain content libraries
Draft basic content for internal use
Assist with research for content projects
Schedule social media posts across platforms
Support community engagement by monitoring comments
Assist with internal projects as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional written and verbal communication
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Ability to follow established processes and procedures
Initiative and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in communications, management, marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or marketing
