Michele Correnti

OWNER + FOUNDER

In 2018, Michele founded Correnti to help professional service firms looking to market but did not know where to start. Today, the Correnti team serves as the outsourced marketing team for companies across the globe. She has 10+ years of experience in marketing, focusing her career in the professional services industry. Michele loves marketing the people behind a service.

Michele is passionate about community and connection. She is always looking to build up those around her. She also thoroughly enjoys a challenge and learning new skills, both personally and professionally.

She resides near the coast in Portsmouth, NH, and frequently makes trips along the east coast to visit clients and family. She is a proud supporter of the Prescott Park Arts Festival, a local non-profit organization that provides financially accessible, multi-generational, high-quality, family-friendly, art and educational outreach to the Portsmouth, NH area and surrounding regions. As well as Soul Models, an after-school program that empowers girls to discover their authentic selves as they become mindful, confident, creative & engaged leaders.

Outside of work, you can find Michele SUP surfing, making vases in the pottery studio, going to see a local music artist play, cooking up a feast in the kitchen, spending quality time with friends and family, or cozying up on the couch with a good book.

Alli Santmyer

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Alli is committed to bringing our clients’ brand identities to life through the power of content marketing. Alli ensures our clients’ content marketing plans are executed and that our services are constantly improved.

She has 8+ years of experience in agency, in-house, and freelance marketing. She graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Media Arts & Design and a concentration in Integrated Advertising & Corporate Communication. She now resides in Delaware with her husband and puppy.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Alli performing devoted dog mom duties, browsing the new arrivals at local interior design stores, or scrolling on Zillow.

Gabriella Rinehart-Coon

CONTENT MANAGER

Gabriella provides comprehensive support for the Correnti team and our clients, ensuring that goals are achieved, that the Correnti brand is presented consistently, and that campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. With a background in project management and content creation, Gabriella understands how to bring your creative vision to life and enact your goals with ease.

Gabriella has 7+ years of experience performing a variety of marketing roles, including event planning, content creation, and social media management. Most recently, she owned her own freelance marketing consulting business where she helped small businesses and business owners develop their brand identities, marketing strategies, and websites. She resides in Maryland with her husband, son, and cat.

Outside of work, you’re likely to find Gabriella watching Disney movies with her toddler, decorating her house with her latest thrift store find, listening to podcasts, or hanging out with her friends and family.

Iris Cullinan

CLIENT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Iris supports Correnti's operations, ensuring a world-class client experience at every partnership stage. For 12+ years, she has been partnering with clients to deliver strategic programs that drive business results. She has experience working in-house and in agency settings on digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns, as well as employee learning and development programs focused on leadership and empowerment.

She has a bachelor's degree in Advertising from Suffolk University and currently resides in Manchester, NH, where she enjoys the proximity to the city, beach, and mountains. Outside of her work with Correnti, she is a Certified Executive Coach, hypnotherapist, and breathwork facilitator. She enjoys spending her free time reading philosophy, seeing live music, and exploring new hikes and cafes.
